Other Real Estate agencies were unable to get him a reliable buyer nor were they able to get him a good offer for the price he was quoting for his plot of land. Emerald Island was able to get him an expat buyer who was visiting Pakistan looking for a second home for her and her family, from overseas. Since the price he was quoting for his plot was a fair price the expat buyer purchased the property and the transaction including documentation, was over in less than a week.

-D.K the GM of a very large fast food chain, was looking for a flagship location for his foreign franchised fast food brand. Which was ready to launch in Pakistan. After viewing extensive locations all over the Twin Cities, Islamabad and Lahore. D.K settled to open his flagship fast food restaurant in Lahore. This started another cycle of shortlisting potential locations. Emerald Island was in the running with three other real estate agencies. The competition was stiff but Emerald Island came through with flying colours, as the GM settled on our locations because we knew which key roads in the center of Lahore had the most customer footfall and the easiest access. The properties we showed D.K also had commercial certificates whereas the other real estate agencies were presenting D.K with unverified non-commercialized properties which would have gotten the restaurant in trouble with LDA.

-T. and her retired husband were looking to downsize their 8 kanal property in Lahore Cantonment and move to an apartment. The stress and strain of maintaining such a large property had become too much and was a financial burden. T. wanted a solid party preferably corporate who would be willing to purchase her property cash down within 3 months. This would eliminate waiting periods which other buyers had requested i.e 25% payment now and the rest after a period of 6 months were their payment terms. There was a real danger to these payment terms as we advised T. that people could be trying to flip her property if she allowed extended waiting periods, till these buyers gathered their funds together. Emerald Island was able to market T’s beautiful property to a gentleman named P. from the pharmaceutical sector. He and his senior managers fell in love with this gem in the heart of Cantonment. After a cup of tea with T. and her husband and a gentleman’s promise, within a month P. made full payment to T. via payorder, during which time some documents needed to be updated in T’s file which Emerald Island in coordination with P. handled personally. After the transaction Emerald Island also sourced an apartment for T. and her husband to lease till they found a permanent home.
